It was wonderful to have Su Yin’s support after the birth of our second daughter. She was extremely professional, caring and is truly passionate about what she does. I was completely comfortable having her look after my baby both during the day and at night giving me a much needed break and sleep!

As first-time parents, we found Su Yin’s postpartum help during the first 5 weeks after our son’s birth to be instrumental in successfully dealing with all the adjustments of new parenthood. Su Yin was proactive in checking up with us leading up to our son’s birth, and she was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, whether it was an email at night, or a WhatsApp message in the morning. Because of her medical training, Su Yin was able to put us at ease and advise us on our son’s health and behaviour. She gave us helpful, practical tips and always approached all situations with patience and kindness. Su Yin also prepared healthy, delicious meals that followed traditional Chinese dietary recommendations for new moms, and she helped with light housework without any prompting. We cannot thank Su Yin enough and highly recommend her as a postpartum doula.
We brought Su Yin into our home to help our family after our second child arrived, and my husband was going back to work, which includes a fair bit of travel. I was tired, having trouble feeding, pumping many times a day and had to care for the baby, my 3 year old and myself. We were immediately comfortable welcoming Su Yin into our home and right away helped me. She would come in and take the baby, feed or calm and get him to sleep, whatever he needed and I could just go and shower, eat, or sleep. She made sure I had eaten, she made us some (yummy) dinners. She was lovely to chat with. I would recommend her to any family. Sometimes you just need a little extra support and she was just great.
