Our experience with Su Yin was great as our birth doula.  It was our first baby so we had a lot of questions.  She took the time to meet us in person and answer all of our questions.  She is very cheerful and patient, at no point we felt rushed.  She is also very responsive to phone calls and messages.  Her presence was very reassuring during the delivery process.  Also since she has a medical background, she was able to explain to us what the doctor and the nurse are doing and demystify some of the medical term used.  She also checks up with us when we were close to the delivery date.  She followed up also during post partum.  We would high recommend her to anyone requiring doula services.
