I hired Su Yin for overnight doula services for my second daughter as it was tough for my husband and I with my first daughter.  Plus I had a hard time healing after my first birth.  A friend highly recommended Su Yin, once I met them at a home consultation I immediately felt comfortable and felt that I could trust her with my newborn.  She were very warm, friendly, genuine, great energy and knowledgeable.

Su Yin started the night I came home with my daughter and it was a blessing.  She arrived at bedtime and took my daughter while I went to bed to try and get some much needed sleep.  She came only when a feeding was required.  Not only did she make me feel comfortable someone trustworthy and reliable was with my daughter as I tried to rest and recuperate, they where helpful in so many other ways.  During the feeding times, she guided me through breastfeeding as I had a lot of issues with latching with my first little one.  My milk came in quickly and my daughter is a champion latcher all thanks to these two.  In addition, she talked to me about sleep practices and really any questions I had about a newborn that many of us struggle to find answers for when we bring them home.  She was so helpful that once we finished the week my husband and I looked at each other and said lets have her for another week!

I can go on and on about Su Yin, she genuinely cares and is a one stop shop for all doula services anybody needs.  She helped me build confidence and set me in the right direction with my newborn.  Thank you so much, I feel like I have built a friendship with her and would recommend her over and over again.  Sometimes I try to think of excuses so I can hire her again 🙂
