Client and first time mum
We are really glad that we hired Su Yin as our doula for the birth of our little girl. We were first time parents and had no idea what we were doing (or just really nervous about our knowledge) and having Su Yin support us during that time helped with our transition as parents, learn new skills, and eased my recovery. Su Yin is both knowledgeable and professional which helped us build our confidence in her. She also has a bubbly character which eases our anxiety, and as an added bonus she is a pretty good cook!
Second time mom
My husband and I are the type of people who like to do everything ourselves. But when my second daughter arrived with a big appetite and a distaste for sleeping, it finally became apparent that we needed some professional help. It really eased our minds after learning about Su Yin’s background in nursing and midwifery. We were overjoyed that she turned out to be a warm, easy-going and knowledgeable person whom both my children adore. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made to have her in our children’s life.
First time mom
I wish I had asked Su Yin for help right after the delivery of our daughter–it would have been a lot less challenging. But fortunately, we had her help for the second month of my daughter’s life. Su Yin is very warm and knowledgeable, and her calming presence was always reassuring. I’d highly recommend her to anyone with a newborn, especially first-time parents.
