First time mom
I wish I had asked Su Yin for help right after the delivery of our daughter–it would have been a lot less challenging. But fortunately, we had her help for the second month of my daughter’s life. Su Yin is very warm and knowledgeable, and her calming presence was always reassuring. I’d highly recommend her to anyone with a newborn, especially first-time parents.
First time mum
I had the pleasure of having Su Yin Jordan as my post-partum doula this year in February. My daughter had a 10-day stretch where she wasn’t breastfeeding or sleeping well, and Su Yin worked her magic in helping us and teaching us how to soothe and settle her.
Su Yin is extremely professional, always punctual, and has a calming presence. She has a great listening ear, and provides much advice. She tries to help as much as possible, even at home she is willing to text us back with solutions to our questions.
As a trained nurse practitioner, I had no qualms asking her medical advice when I felt inflammation/lumps in my breast during breastfeeding. She quickly told me how to get rid of the lumps which worked wonders.
Lastly, Su Yin provided overnight care to our daughter which brought much sleep and relief to us overtired parents.
I would undoubtedly recommend this caring lady to help you with your postpartum needs.

Su Yin is an extremely caring and nurturing person. From the moment Su Yin came to our home, my husband and I felt extremely comfortable, as did our daughter. We are first time parents with no previous experience caring for a newborn, and I was prescribed several medications as a result of the complications that I experienced during labour. Su Yin’s expertise, knowledge and support allowed us to greatly enjoy this special time with our daughter in the midst of potentially overwhelming circumstances. We find Su Yin to be extremely compassionate, caring, supportive, and helpful and we will recommend her to anyone that needs doula services.
