Best decision ever
We hired Suyin as our night time doula for the early newborn stages. She was very helpful with showing me how to breastfeed, and providing different options/apparatus and helpful tips along my journey. She brought my baby to me when it was time to feed and promptly took him after, to give me more rest. She also helped to fold baby’s laundry, and washed bottles while I was sleeping.
Suyin is very friendly, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, very good with babies and does not hesitate to follow up with any questions you have with her colleagues. She was always on time/early and gives you the feeling that she truly cares for you and your baby’s wellbeing. 10/10 would recommend

I decided to do belly binding for my second pregnancy postpartum. Suyin was amazing she took her time to show me how to bind my belly and made sure I was comfortable doing it myself. Suyin answered all my questions and concerns. She was easy to talk to, very professional and knowledgeable. Suyin is also very caring she took the time out of her busy schedule to message me on several occasions to see how I was doing. It’s been two weeks and so far the postpartum belly binding has helped with my abdominal muscle heal. Thank you Suyin!
We were lucky to have support from Suyin (and Petra who we were also lucky to meet) for the first month and as a first time mom it made things so much easier. All of my worries were soothed, my questions answered with patience and I trusted them to leave my newborn in their care while I took a nap and caught up on much needed sleep. Suyin solved all of my breastfeeding woes and made the process so much easier when it was initially painful. She’s also an amazing cook and it was so great to not have to think about that while figuring out how to take care of a newborn. My husband and I both felt like we had a shortcut to better understanding our baby. Most of all our newborn was able to feel calm and well supported with Suyin’s care and guidance – she’s almost three months now and is very easygoing, which I believe is because we learned how to understand her! We highly recommend Cherry Blossom Doulas!
