We had the pleasure of having Kim as our doula for the birth of our daughter. Kim was exactly the support person we didn’t know we needed during labour and delivery. Kim came prepared to the birth very familiar with our birth wishes and advocated on our behalf to ensure we had the best birth experience possible. Kim was very professional and knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions and guidance during labour – she even reminded me about the jacuzzi tub I had forgotten about! Post birth Kim supported us with skin to skin and breastfeeding during the golden hour. We are so grateful for Kim’s birth support! With her help we were able to have the birth we wanted without pain medications and limited interventions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kim to any expecting parents. She is truly a gem! Thank you again Kim for everything!
We are new to Canada and just had our second child.
I was mentally prepared for a hard time, as we are still adjusting to the new place, the pandemic makes it worse, and there is no family around. But in the midst of these challenges, Yonit proved to be a God’s sent.
After coming back from the hospital, I was weak & frail, but Yonit walked in with a lot of energy and wisdom.
She quickly got a sense of our needs and filled in all the gaps to keep us going. Whether it was cooking us delicious food (with so much love!!) or helping me with my aches and pains, caring for the baby or engaging with my first born, Yonit did it all beautifully.
She helped me understand the baby cues and provide better for her needs.
There were times when I needed emotional support and assurance, Yonit gave all and helped me bounce back to the normalcy of life.
I really commend her for her quick understanding of people and situations, as she gave us all the care while accommodating for our way of life.
She was exceptionally good to my first born, and he grew extremely fond of her and waited for her visit each time ?.
Can’t go without saying that she religiously followed the covid protocols, which gave us so much comfort.

Suyin was so amazing that I used her for both of pregnancies. The first pregnancy was for labour doula services and second pregnancy was for sleep consultant and also post partum doula services. I went through 22 hours of labour that Suyin helped me through. Second pregnancy I had trouble sleeping around the middle to end of the pregnancy. She did a full assessment and asked a lot of questions to understand the situation and then gave me a list of recommendations to help me sleep better. I found her suggestions very useful and I still use some of her suggestions even a year after my son was born. During post partum, she made sure I got lots of rest and cooked delicious Chinese healing dishes and soups for me and my family. It was so much stress lifted off my shoulders knowing she was coming and helping to feed us and to make sure the baby was ok. She was so knowledgeable and was always so happy and smiling. I would absolutely recommend her.
